JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We are a company based in Australia and we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing our client's social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a track record of driving engagement and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence and connect with our audience in authentic and meaningful ways.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
-Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
-Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
-Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
-Analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
-Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and technologies, and experiment with new features and functionalities to enhance our social media presence.
-Develop and manage influencer partnerships, social media advertising campaigns, and other initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
-Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
-Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
