Computer User Support Specialist - Accounting

Governful LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. We need a tech-minded CPA who is willing to relocate to the CNMI. This position requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and taxation. The ideal candidate should also possess exceptional analytical skills and expertise in financial software such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to computer users and answer questions or resolve issues onsite or via phone or remotely.
• Provide computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
• Initiate and implement training programs to users regarding new hardware and software implementations.
• IT consulting services to customer to improve user experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and US Taxation regulations.
• Proven auditing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Able to learn and manage an accounting software focused on automation, reporting and data analysis, and AI and creative tools.
• Expertise in financial software, including Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
