Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering emails from our customers. You should be able to provide solutions to questions or problems and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer emails in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve customer issues and questions with accurate information and guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer inquiries
Maintain customer data in Shopify

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience working with Shopify
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and think critically
Reliability and punctuality
Good computer skills
