Are you an experienced virtual assistant with a knack for GoHighLevel and a passion for startup environments? We are a dynamic startup looking for a highly adaptable and versatile individual to join our team as a virtual assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in setting up GoHighLevel accounts, onboarding new users, and providing essential administrative support. We are a startup based in the UK so you are required to be flexible with your working hours. As a startup we are looking for someone who can go above and beyond, and assist us to help grow the company. In return you will have a long lasting career with us, with opportunities for promotions and increase in salary. This is a full time position requiring around 40-50 hours per week. Pay will be on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

Set up and configure GoHighLevel accounts for new users, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Provide comprehensive onboarding assistance to new users, guiding them through the platform's features and functionalities.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GoHighLevel usage.
Handle general administrative tasks, including responding to emails, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in GoHighLevel workflows and processes.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in GoHighLevel to ensure efficient utilization of the platform.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, with a strong understanding of GoHighLevel.
Proficiency in setting up and configuring GoHighLevel accounts, automations, and funnels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear instructions and guidance to users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Availability to work in the UK TIME ZONE.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
Communicating with the team and providing regular reports.
