Forex programmer

I need someone to help me free up my time by managing my trading tools such as automated trading EAs ands accounts! We have hundreds of thousands of dollars we’re going to need help managing! I need someone who has experience in creating or editing tradingview & MetaTrader 4/5 trading bots . I NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO WORK FAST AND WITH QUALITY .

PERKS:
-Part Time, work any time during the day that you want, as long as you are meeting deadlines and meet the criteria of editing.
-I am very patient and understanding, if re edits need to be made I will treat you with respect and ask you to change it in a timely fashion.
-Time off if needed just let me know in advance.
-Bonuses periodically for big projects that I may find more important than others.

PAY:
-10% of profits from investors , Full time
? I will give bonuses if I feel you went above and beyond with managing and editing my softwares

REQUIREMENTS:
? Must have more than 4 years in experience with running Trading EAs
? Must Know how to code
? Must know how to edit softwares
? Should know how to trade
? Must know MQL4/5 coding language
? Should know how to speak proper English
