We are seeking a talented YouTube Manager and Video Editor with expertise in real estate to manage our YouTube channel both retroactively and on an ongoing basis. This part-time role requires an individual who can edit and enhance video content, optimize it for YouTube to increase reach and engagement, and manage raw blog content to ensure it is SEO optimized and published effectively. The candidate will also maintain a social media presence on platforms like Facebook, particularly aligned with real estate content strategies.

Core Responsibilities:
Edit and optimize video content for publication on YouTube, enhancing visual quality and ensuring content alignment with audience interests.
Manage the YouTube channel, implementing SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement, and updating previous uploads to maximize their performance.
Optimize raw blog content for SEO, ensuring that it is effectively structured for search engines and audience engagement before publishing.
Monitor analytics to gauge content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve video and blog content strategies.
Work efficiently within a 10-hour weekly schedule to meet all content management and optimization goals.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience as a Video Editor and YouTube Channel Manager, with specific experience in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing both video and textual content.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools required for high-quality video production.
Experience with social media management, particularly in maintaining and growing YouTube and Facebook pages.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within limited hours.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and marketing teams.

Availability: Part-Time (10 hrs/week)
