HR Training Manager

Manage inputs for HRIS software
Facilitate oversight of training collateral and internal wiki improvements across departments.
Secondary emphasis on day-to-day management of HRIS .
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
