CAD Drafter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to collaborate with. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating precise 2D floor plans and potentially assisting with 3D renderings for various projects. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in CAD software, and a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

Create accurate 2D floor plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with designer and or architects/engineers to incorporate design changes and updates.
Develop 3D renderings and visualizations as needed to present design concepts.
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
Maintain organized files and documentation for each project.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills for collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
