[Perfect English, Female] Hiring FULL TIME Virtual Assistant for Appointment Setting and Outbound Cold Calls to Prospect

We are the largest Marriage Help firm in North America, dedicated to helping men save their relationships and marriages. Our focus is to teach men how to become the partner their significant other would love to be with.

We have advertisements that are aimed towards men who are experiencing problems in their marriage and are in search of assistance. These ads offer a free video that can be watched after providing their information. Upon watching the video, they can choose to schedule a call with one of our Marriage Evaluators. However, some men do not proceed to schedule the call.

We are hiring 3 Virtual Assistants to cold call men who did not book a call with our Marriage Evaluators.

Job Description:

You will use our platforms CLOSE, ALOWARE, and SLACK to contact leads using phone, text, and email. You will have a script that you’ll follow to help you with the qualifying questions. Based on their current situation, including whether they are still seeking assistance or not, and whether they have the financial means to invest, you will assess the quality of the lead and determine if they are a good fit. If they are, you will schedule them on the Marriage Evaluator's calendar. You are paid an additional bonus, on top of your monthly income ($700 for average performance, and $1,000 for excellent performance), for every lead that ends in a close/sale.

Your Role:
• You will use CLOSE to text and email, and ALOWARE to call from a list of 100,000 men.
• The hours in which you will be able to work are 8:00 AM EST – 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
• During your shift, you will call a minimum of 150 leads and look to set 8-10 leads per day.
• Calls are on average 5 minutes long.
• If the lead is a good fit, you will set them onto one of our Marriage Evaluators' calendars. From there, you will send confirmations, and follow-ups, and handle any cancellations or reschedules.

• It is very important that you are positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic as you are the first impression these men will have of our company.
• Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Calling Experience
• Being married or if you have been married, or in long-term relationships will be considered a huge asset in our company as this will allow you to relate with the leads more
• Computer and headphones with a microphone
• Great and stable internet connection
• Can work well with others
