Influencer Account Specialist

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing team as an Influencer Account Specialist for an established US-based social media company. We manage audience growth for high profile content creators globally and are looking for someone with a passion for social media and a desire to learn and expand their skill set. Your main focus in this role will be audience engagement on behalf of our creators. You will be creating conversational content for our clients and overseeing their accounts, with the primary goals of ensuring retention, growing your account subscriber networks, building audience relationships, and expanding creator reach across the platform. Must be comfortable responding on behalf of our clients. Must align with our content guidelines to maintain the best quality for our clients.

This entry level position does not require extensive experience and is a part-time, hourly position. We are ideally looking for someone to learn and grow their skill set within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Manage conversations simultaneously for a number of assigned high-profile accounts.
• Respond to subscriber messages and comments in a timely manner
• For each of your creator accounts, take on communication styles and tones representative of their brands, tones, and communication styles. You'll want your audiences to believe that they're interacting directly with the creator.
• Escalate any audience issues as needed
• Send out mass messages to subscribers (PPVs)

Requirements, Skills and Experience:
• Strong written English communication skills (writing, captioning and overall)
• Strong understanding of social media subscriber networks with proven success generating conversions
• Great attitude, and a kind and professional communication style with coworkers and clients
• Schedule flexibility - must be available as needed on nights and weekends as needed
• Extremely dependable, you take pride in your work, and you always deliver
• Extremely responsive to emails, Slack, and other forms of communication from your team
• Highly motivated and self-starting - must be able to get work done with minimal oversight on a day-to-day basis and ask for help if needed
• Highly enthusiastic about social media, growth strategies, performance tracking, and achieving awesome results for your accounts
• Access to phone and laptop/computer and reliable WiFi/internet, as you'll use your own tech to perform social media chats
• Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Notion
• Can start ASAP

Compensation/Role Details:
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $3-4 USD (?Upgrade to see actual info) per hour
• Hourly, part-time (around 32 hours)
