JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart and connected individual to help manage and improve our company reputation and increase our revenue for insurance claims on Airbnb, VRBO, and Upgrade to see actual info.

Your responsibilities include:
- Getting the bad reviews removed from the listing
- Monitoring listings for reviews and catching bad reviews.
- Analyzing the cause of the bad review and executing improvement plan, including purchasing or hiring necessary solutions
- Monitoring/managing cameras and devices to catch problems as they occur for rule violations etc
- Managing insurance claims through Airbnb/VRBO and Safely to ensure successful payouts for rule violations
- Managing claims and maximizing payouts for damages
- Staying organized for tracking purposes to ensure claims don't "fall through the cracks"

This role includes commissions for payouts. The more claims you get paid out, the more you make.
