Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Specialist at Ajax, you will play a critical role in managing our human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, searching for top talent, crafting precise job descriptions, managing contractor agreements, and onboarding new employees. You will ensure that Ajax continues to attract, develop, and retain the best talent while maintaining our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interview panels. Continuously explore innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Job Descriptions: Develop and update job descriptions that reflect accurate responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for the roles at Ajax. Ensure they align with our company culture and values.
Contractor Agreements: Prepare, distribute, and ensure the execution of contractor agreements. Maintain up-to-date records and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Onboarding: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and contractors to promote a smooth integration into the company and culture.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient in English
High level of discretion and ethical approach to HR.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
