Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive person with proven experience as a customer service representative in the food service sector and someone with extremely good interpersonal skills.

Excellent English level spoken and written is a must. The ideal candidate understand Spanish too. Very good computer skills are needed for this position.

Applicants must have a Paypal account or be able to open a Paypal account to be paid weekly.

Some of the tasks related to this position are:


Receive email and on-line orders from customers and input them in our ERP system. (SYSPRO) training will be provided)
Answer phones and take orders.
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell current customers.
Coordinate tasks with other coworkers.
