We're hiring a Real Estate Lead Manager (Work From Home Position!)

What You'll Do:
As a Real Estate Lead Manager, your role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from the first point of contact to the closing of a deal. Your responsibilities will be divided into three key areas:

1. Appointment Setting (60%):
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and texts to set appointments (focusing on Expired & FSBOs listings, Cash Offer Sellers, and Buyers).
Diligently follow up on appointments and efficiently manage client calendars to queue up meetings.

2. Listing Coordination (30%):
Utilize tools like Cloud CMA & Matrix to create Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
Input listing data and manage photos on MLS, prepare listing documents, and craft engaging communication templates using BombBomb.
Innovate our approach to selling and buying through submitting Zoodelio cash offers and creating targeted searches for our clients.
Ensure flawless transaction management using platforms like Dotloop and Skylope, along with scheduling through ShowingTime & Brokerbay.

3. Other Administrative Tasks (10%):
Employ your creative flair in designing compelling visuals with Canva.
Streamline our communication by creating effective drips & workflows.
