JOB OVERVIEW

Pretext:
I have already gone through 2 different Setters. They lied about hours and tasks. If you’re coming here to try and cut corners, do not waste both our time. You will be fired fast. I have a no bullshit tolerance. I’m a very easy going manager. I’m super chill and want to have a relationship with my team, but I have dealt with 2 bad setters already. I don’t want my kindness to be taken advantage of nor do I want to micromanage. I want to give you full autonomy. However, I’m not dealing with bullshit anymore. Come here to work the hours and get paid. If you can’t do that get the fuck out and try that with someone else. If you can follow directions, want a stable job, opportunities for growth, make easy cash and can handle feedback, continue reading on IN FULL TO THE VERY END.

NON NEGOTIABLES
STRONG INTERNET– Missing meetings and failure to complete tasks due to the internet will not be acceptable.
CLOCKING IN AND CLOCKING OUT– Working regular U.S. hours is a must.
TREAT THIS LIKE ANY NORMAL JOB YOU GO TO IN PERSON– My last setter worked very loosely thinking they can just clock in anytime they want or not showing up to meetings.
FOLLOW DIRECTIONS– I don’t expect you to know how to do everything right off the bat, but if you can’t handle direction or ask questions then no.
COMMUNICATION– Regular updates and keeping me in the loop with tasks. If you’re going to be late or can’t make a meeting let me know in advance.
HONESTY– My last VA was lying about hours and tasks. 1 lie and you’re fired. Just be honest. I’m very understanding, but I cannot stand liars.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our coaching program. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting leads into our GoHighLevel CRM system, initiating conversations, qualifying potential clients, and ultimately booking appointments on the coach's calendar.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

-Utilize various channels to identify and source potential leads for the coaching program.
-Input lead information accurately into the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.

Outreach and Engagement:

-Initiate and maintain conversations with leads through various communication channels (email, social media, etc.).
-Craft compelling messages to pique interest, showcase the value of our coaching program, and encourage further discussion.
-Must know how to have a casual conversation that is non salesey, focused on building relationships, and discovering more about potential client's pains and seeing if our solution can resolve.
-Nurture leads who may not have the money or be in the right timing by continued follow up and delivering free value.

Qualification:

-EXPERIENCE WITH GO HIGH LEVEL CRM System is a plus
-Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a coaching or similar industry.
-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with the coaching program's offerings.
-Gather relevant information to assess the lead's needs, challenges, and goals.

Appointment Setting:

-Schedule appointments on the coach's calendar by effectively communicating the benefits of our coaching program.
-Provide necessary information to leads to prepare them for their scheduled appointments.

CRM Management:

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
