SEO Specialist

I am looking for a part time/potentially full time SEO Specialist either junior or intermediate level. Not too much experience is necessary as we will do on the job training, I would like a candidate with the following skills:
- go getter, goes above and beyond and cares about business like its own
- great communicator
- fluent english (will be required for client email comms)
- email etiquette
- up to date SEO knowledge
- completion of Balbin personality test prior to any communication
- available 60 hours per month
