JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, content creation, community management, and analytics. We are a security training and consulting company providing tactical firearms and weapons tactics training to the military, law enforcement, and civilian communities. A working knowledge of this industry is a must.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
3. Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
4. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
5. Engage with the audience by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
6. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance strategy effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
9. Stay informed about industry news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
10. Generate monthly reports to evaluate social media performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
4. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and quality.
