Responsible for providing input into activities associated with
this positions purpose and primary responsibilities. Reports to PL Supervisor, Sales Manager and/or Vice-President.
Routine Decision- Making
• Determine priority and process most important items first
• Review & cross sale of other exposures not currently insured with the agency.
• Contacting the client within 24 hours on any servicing needs.
Primary Responsibilities
1 Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
2 Provide information about products and services.
3 Handle customer complaints
4 Resolve Monthly Reshop list with your counterpart**
5 Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention(reshops are done monthly )
6 Handle customer payments and billing
7 Process insurance policy applications, endorsements changes and cancellations efficiently, according to workflow procedures and without error
8 Ability to quote with Homeowners personal lines carriers
9 Maintain records on policy changes in AMS and update information where missing

Applicants with homeowners insurance market in Florida are preferred but not required
Current hours are Monday to Thursday 10 am to 7 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm .
