JOB OVERVIEW

We have a client seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter. While experience in automation and manufacturing recruitment is preferred, individuals with a background in technical recruiting are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with candidates sourced from marketing campaigns and job ads.
Comfortably handle cold calling a list of candidates provided by our sourcing team.
Demonstrate proficiency in sourcing candidates independently, with support provided by our sourcing team.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a minimal accent, to effectively engage with candidates.

Requirements:
Experience in technical recruiting is preferred.
Willingness and ability to conduct cold calls is essential.
Strong communication skills with clear articulation.
Ability to independently source candidates when necessary.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability.
