JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team.
As a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with improving their credit scores and removing negative accounts from their credit reports. Your expertise in reading credit reports, creating effective dispute letters, and proficiency in utilizing software such as Go High Level and Credit Repair Cloud will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret credit reports to identify errors, inaccuracies, and negative accounts.
- Help develop and implement strategies to dispute and remove negative items from credit reports.
- Craft persuasive and customized dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
- Complete effective online and phone disputes
- Utilize Go High Level and Credit Repair Cloud software effectively to manage and track client progress.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the credit repair process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in credit repair.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in credit repair, preferably in a dispute specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of credit reports, credit scoring models, and credit repair laws (such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act).
- Proven track record of successfully removing negative accounts from credit reports.
- Experience with completing online disputes and phone disputes with the bureaus.
- Proficiency in using software like Go High Level and Credit Repair Cloud to streamline credit repair processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft effective dispute letters.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients.
