JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Operations Assistant to support our VP of Sales. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes, scheduling critical appointments, and contributing innovative branding ideas to propel our market presence, sending out daily and weekly reports and overseeing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining sales reports to track team performance and sales metrics.
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of sales appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation and correspondence management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to brainstorm and implement branding strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of sales presentation materials and marketing collateral.
- Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date with client interactions, appointments, and sales outcomes.
- Handle inbound queries and provide assistance in organizing sales events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or marketing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative thinker with a flair for branding and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
