Technical Customer Support Role

Hi,

We are an online store selling Head Units direct to customers.

We are looking for and please only apply if you think you would have these skills:

- Good knowledge of car audio
- Have installed an Android head unit yourself
- Like gadgets and have a good understanding of computers and Android equipment
- Things like dash cameras etc if you understand these then you will be a good fit for us.

The role is high level customer support so you will be dealing with customers via chat and email helping them install and setup their head unit. You will also be helping making manuals and documentation to help with our products.

Ideally you will have a car or access to one so you can use our test out products.

Full time Role - 40 Hours per week (There may be some weekend work and then you will be working less during the weekdays)
