Property Operations Assistant (Shift 12pm - 9pm UK Time)

We are a London-based fast-growing tech startup taking on the property maintenance sector. Qeeper was founded in January 2021, we have already raised investment and expanded to cover 3 UK cities.

We are looking for a remote Property Operations Assistant to join our small friendly team. We currently have a team of 8 staff based remotely across the Philipines. We are looking for long-term staff who want to progress within the company.

What will you be doing?

Problem-Solving. Coordinating daily operations in a fast-moving environment, ensuring tradespeople can complete repairs quickly and efficiently.
Driving Improvements. Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, finding a solution, implementing that solution.
Managing Communication. Using your communication skills to organise and update a variety of stakeholders from tradespeople, to tenants, to landlords.
Staying Organised. Maintaining systems and processes to keep track of projects and daily operations.

Ideally, you have 1-4 years of property management or property maintenance experience.

The details:

1. $5 per hour ($800 per month)
2. $150 quarterly performance bonus
3. $90 monthly attendance bonus (after 1 months probation is passed)
4. 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
5. Shift is 12pm - 9pm UK Time
6. 1 in 4 weekends
7. Pay and performance reviews every 6 months
