The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Google and Facebook ads, with a strong focus on e-commerce conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI.
- Implement advanced targeting strategies to reach audiences in multiple countries and regions.
- Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and algorithms to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Experiment with new ad formats and ad copy to continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in Google and Facebook advertising, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in managing ad campaigns across multiple countries and regions.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
