Our company is NOT looking for temporary worker who bounce from job to job. We've worked hard at becoming one of the best in our niche and we're still growing. The only thing we need is more professional, pro-active people to grow with us.

Starting pay is based upon experience ($4 -$8) per hour and all possibilities for raises are based on work performance.
What will the freelancer Be Doing?
There will be multiple tasks that need to be done to make this a successful partnership.
Your first task will be to maintain our shopify store and make sure all orders are fulfilled and follow up with customers to make sure they are happy with their order.
Your second task will be to make sure we have products on the shop that are actually selling.
Your third task will be to look for good influencers online to partner with to offer affiliate program opportunities.
Your next task will be to manage the store on a daily basis to make sure we are bringing in $500 to $1000 in revenue a day. If not, come up with some ways to drive traffic.
Your last task will be sure we are sending out email campaigns to make sure we are getting people plugged in with all the things we are doing for the brand.

What Qualities are needed to be successful?
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are five qualities that I am looking for:
Integrity, Commitment, Communication, Creativity, and Organization.
Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you can hit a deadline or not.
Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and am looking to hire others for a longer period of time. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time.
Communication. It is very important for us to be able to communicate with you on this project. We do not expect you to work 7 days a week but we do require a 24-hour response if the message is sent during your working schedule. For example: If you only work Sunday through Thursday. If we send you a message on Thursday evening, we won’t expect a reply until Sunday. If you need more clarification on that please ask.
Creativity. Although this job is pretty straight forward if you show us you can handle other projects we are more than willing to hire you for other jobs as well. If we can find one VA that does everything we need that would make more sense.
Organization. In order for this partnership to work we will need to be extremely organized in how we send documents and keep things together. This includes excel spreadsheets, emails, etc.
