JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building engaging online communities. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with the online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, measure the impact of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Crisis Management: Assist in managing and mitigating social media crises, ensuring a professional and timely response.
