JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce brand in the baby/children/parenting niche, looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial as we expand our operations and enhance our business.

Responsibilities:

-Manage customer service updates every 2-3 days.
-Keep the business owner informed about customer service issues and returns to process them efficiently.
-Perform various tasks within Shopify, such as translating the website for different markets.
-Have experience with Facebook (Meta) advertising.
-Research and track online advertisements, assist with media buying, and provide updates.

Requirements:

-Experience with Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Ads Manager is a MUST.
-Able to commit to approximately 3 hours of work per day.
-Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
-Someone with a background in e-commerce and a good understanding of digital marketing.
