Experienced Real Estate ISA

We are a growing real estate agency based in the US, specializing in serving real estate agents through a pay per appointment model. We thrive on making real estate transactions smoother and more efficient by connecting highly qualified buyers and sellers directly with agents via high-quality live transfers.
We’re looking for an experienced ISA, that has worked in the real estate industry before, to call and qualify inbound real estate leads generated through Facebook lead form ads. ISA onboarding and training will be provided.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1) Calling leads from Facebook ads to determine their intent to buy or sell and meticulously qualify them based on the criteria specified by our real estate agent clients
2) Perform live transfers of qualified leads to real estate agents
3) Regularly update lead statuses and interactions in the GoHighLevel CRM
4) Submit daily and weekly reports on call metrics, appointment settings, and follow-up requirements
5) Participate in a brief weekly team meeting to discuss lead updates and strategies
To qualify for this position, you’ll need:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an ISA in the real estate industry
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate market dynamics
• Advanced to mastery fluency in English (C1-C2 level)
We work in a fast-paced industry, so it’s important that our ISA has:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Robust sales and conversational skills
In addition to having great verbal and appointment setting skills, you’ll need familiarity with the following applications:
• GoHighLevel
• Communication tools like WhatsApp and Zoom
• Excel or Google Sheets
This is a part-time position requiring 10-20 hours per week. Work hours are from Mondays-Fridays 11 AM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (11 PM to 3 AM Manila Time). We honor most Filipino holidays, except for All Saints' and All Souls' Day.
Once you complete your 6 months' probation, you will get:
• Eligibility for 13th-month pay and cash equivalents for unutilized leaves
• 3 days of vacation leave and 3 sick leaves
Salary and Compensation:
• $6/hour plus a $25 bonus for each highly qualified live transfer or appointment booked
You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to transition to full-time and manage your own team of ISAs to handle inbound real estate leads.
