Legal Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience working in a Law Firm or with lawyers.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
Familiarity with the top 100 American Law Firms.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold-calling to engage prospective candidates and recruit lawyers.
Recruit potential law candidates for law firms and conduct candidate screening.
Build rapport during conversations and adeptly handle objections.
Adhere to cold-calling scripts to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Demonstrate flexibility in using various software and dialers.
Experience in inbound and outbound sales is advantageous.
Utilize CRM management knowledge and experience effectively.
