Client Success Representative Needed

Excellent English Speaker for Researching Online, Communicating Through Various Channels, Scheduling/Taking Calls

We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Representative to join our team. As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including texts, calls, and emails. You will also play a crucial role in passing along details, verifying information, researching online, and staying updated on our business activities to ensure effective communication and support.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is HIGHLY encouraged
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information verification
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements


Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.


We are looking for a full time employee to work standard US hours

Responsibilities:
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via texts, calls, and emails from prospective and existing clients.
Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist clients in making informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Find answers and verify information to ensure accuracy in our database.
Pass along information or recommend specific services/deals that may meet a client's needs.
Conduct regular online research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and company updates.
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


About Me:
I own a couple of different companies in the Airbnb / Real Estate space. This specific business you’d be working at is our locating agency that’s dedicated to helping Airbnb Operators and Investors grow their business through the deals we offer.

We’re growing quickly and you have the opportunity to grow alongside us!

I’m originally from California but currently in the process of relocating. Not sure where I want to move quite yet but I look forward to the adventure, since I’ll be with my pup, Remy. We travel together and he keeps me company whenever we have long trips across different states!
