We're committed to providing top-tier insurance solutions to our valued clients across the USA. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
???? Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
Conduct outbound/inbound calls to assist clients with policy inquiries, renewals, and other insurance questions.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, for various tasks.
???? Requirements:
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Skilled in customer service with a focus on problem-solving and empathy.
Familiarity with basic office software like Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
Flexible to work between hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Insurance background is not required but is an advantage.
