Skills and Tasks Needed:

CRM
-Manage all of the contacts in Hubspot
-Clean the data for various contacts and keep the upcoming sequences and tasks in order
-Have a working knowledge of Hubspot and help OutFin Group set it up for growth (I am fairly new to Hubspot so could use help to maximize its value)

Prospecting
-Work in ZoomInfo and Listkit to find potential prospects to reach out to
-Help create customized and personalized email openers to prospects to increase reply rates

SOPs
-Watch Loom videos froUpgrade to see actual info doing certain tasks and create Miro boards that map out best practices and standard operating procedures for the business
-Create and update a company wifi in Notion with everything from the sales funnel to client onboarding

Calendar
- Maintain my calendar and send reminders to meetings to leads and clients


Twitter
-Organize DMs into categories in a Google Sheet
