Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Creative Video Editor and Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a creative individual capable of transforming raw footage into compelling short-form content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Additionally, the candidate will craft engaging long-form videos for our YouTube channel that incorporate creative editing, animations, graphics, and text.

Key Responsibilities:

- Short-Form Content Creation: Sift through raw footage to identify impactful soundbites and scenes. Edit these elements into creative and educational reels suitable for cross-posting on various social media platforms.

- Long-Form Video Production: Use raw footage to create detailed, engaging YouTube videos. Maintain viewer engagement through high-quality editing, strategic use of graphics, animations, and on-screen text.

- Content Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with our brand’s mission and marketing strategies. Ensure content is informative, visually appealing, and tailored to the platform it's designed for.

- Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to brainstorm new ideas for content. Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing and content creation, particularly with short-form social media content and long-form YouTube videos.

• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Ability to work with a variety of digital formats and integrate graphics and special effects.

• Excellent storytelling skills, with a knack for extracting compelling narratives from raw footage.

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for sustainability and innovation in construction.
