Job Title: Luxury Sales manager

As a Luxury sales manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers while also contributing to the admin process of sampling and logistics.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing prompt and helpful assistance to customers regarding inquiries about our products and services via email, telephone, video calls and online platforms.
• Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution of issues.
• Managing iUpgrade to see actual info such as faulty product complaints and delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, preferences for handmade bespoke rugs and carpets.
• responding to online queries.

• outreaching to B2b customers
• Analysing customer service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and
implementing enhancements to our service policies and standards.
• Developing and refining feedback and complaints procedures to enhance customer
satisfaction.
• Collaborating with management and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to discuss improvements to
customer service and business processes.

• Conducting weekly meetings with the WW teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and head office, plus
providing weekly reports to head office.
