Responsibilities:
Must have experience in cold-calling prospective candidates and recruiting lawyers
Task include recruiting potential law candidates for law firms and screening of candidates
Must be energetic, able to build rapport during a conversation, and can handle objections
Must be able to follow a cold-calling script to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Must be flexible and able to use different software and dialers.
Inbound and outbound sales experience is a plus
Has knowledge and experience with CRM Management

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience in a Law Firm or with lawyers is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with top 100 top American Law Firms
