We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented financial audit analyst to join our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world (work would be on US time zone).
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our driver and account information. Your primary responsibilities will include Book keeping, data entry, maintaining records, and supporting various departments within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Termination Processing: Handle the termination process for drivers, which involves deactivating fuel cards, transponders, and other relevant items.


Financial: Book keeping, Invoicing and monitoring financial records
Data Entry: Enter driver information, documents, and account details into our database management system. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
Data Maintenance: Maintain and update driver information, including any changes, additions, or terminations.
Supporting Departments: Collaborate with different departments within the company by providing accurate and timely data entry services to meet their needs.


Requirements:

Good grasp on math and abstract thinking
Understands Excel formulas

Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High school diploma or equivalent.
