Join Our Team as a Community Manager at The Decluttering Club

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to enhance our vibrant team at The Decluttering Club—a fast-growing organization dedicated to empowering women to declutter their lives and cherish what truly matters. We are recognized globally for our supportive community and innovative approach to decluttering, transforming homes and lives into spaces of freedom and joy.

What You’ll Do:

- Enhance Member Experiences: Craft and manage impactful interactions and ensure our community thrives through monthly themes and ongoing activities.
- Drive Engagement: Moderate discussions, publish important updates, and support members through our platforms, including email, Facebook, and our membership site.
- Content Management: Organize and publish digital content like videos and worksheets, and manage the membership content calendar.
- Team Coordination: Act as the liaison for the Community Team, facilitating communication and organizing schedules and materials.
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells, guiding members through their journey from free content to full membership.

Daily Tasks:
- Monitor group discussions, encourage participation, and initiate new topics.
Address member concerns and coordinate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for specialized support.


Weekly Responsibilities:
- Craft and send out the weekly newsletter to keep members informed and engaged.
- Organize and coordinate the scheduling of group calls and other events.
- Update and maintain organization of digital resources and member access.

Monthly and Quarterly Duties:

- Attend and contribute to All TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to align on broader goals and updates.
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure fresh and relevant material is available.

Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in community management, preferably in personal development or related fields.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and customer journeys.
Proficiency in Google Suite, WordPress, Facebook, Canva, ClickUp, and Slack.
Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work during 9 AM-6 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility based on project needs (approximately 35-40 hours per week).
