Role Summary:
As the Head of Recruitment, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading our recruitment efforts. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition who is eager to take on a foundational role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored for executive support roles.
- Build and lead a recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand client requirements and refine recruitment processes.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to candidate onboarding.
- Enhance candidate engagement and streamline the hiring process to reflect our startup’s dynamic nature.
- Leverage data and market insights to optimize recruitment tactics and tools.
- Champion a positive employer brand and ensure a standout candidate experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the administrative or executive assistant domain.
- Prior experience in startup environments highly regarded.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication abilities and adept at relationship management.
- Agile and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Proficient with modern recruitment technologies and platforms.
