VA for a crypto marketing agency

Looking for a virtual assistant for a crypto marketing agency( www.nativemarketing.xyz ).
native. currently has 3 clients under management and a team of 4.
As we are scaling and taking on more clients as well as expanding the team, we are looking for someone to take care of administrative duties.

Basic understanding of crypto and web3 is NECESSARY.
Proficiency in high-level written and spoken English is NECESSARY.

The first weeks you will not have much work as there's only 3 client invoices and 4 employee invoices per month and 3-5 weekly meetings that might need recording notes after the call. Client outreach and lead generation is up to your own motivation

About the role:
- Full time(8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
- Clients are mostly in the North American timezone
- Paid in USD or crypto
- 3$ per hour(we will re-negotiate the pay after 2 months)

Your tasks are:
- Invoicing clients
- Handling employee invoices
- Taking notes froUpgrade to see actual infoeting recordings(if needed)
- Appointment setting
- Sending and replying to emails
- Lead generation / outreach to potential clients(get 5% commission from each client we sign)
