JOB DESCRIPTION:
Call real estate investors and see if they would like to purchase a new property or refinance one they already own. If they are looking to do either of those you will transfer them over to our licensed loan officers to handle them. We have a bank of over 71,000 leads that need to be called. MUST FOLLOWSCRIPT VERBATIM

REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have some experience in real estate and mortgages
- Must follow simple sales script verbatim
- You must speak and write fluent English
- You must be able to make calls from 8:00am-5:00pm PST (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
- Must have a computer (laptop or desktop)
- You must have high speed internet
- You must have a wired noise cancellation headset

The pay rate is $3/hr ($480/m USD)
