We are a landscape company located in North Vancouver, BC, Canada, but we're not just another landscape company – we're on a mission to lead the industry and dominate the market. We're seeking a dedicated Operations Ninja / Integrator Extraordinaire to join our team and help us conquer our goals.

We are looking for someone who can jump in and hit the ground running, knowing just what needs to be done, and who has at least 3+ years of experience with management, operations, systems, and process implementation experience. If you have experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation that would be a huge asset!

Job Description:
This isn't your average 9-to-5 desk job – this is a mission. As the Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our organization, the glue that holds everything together. Your mission will ensure that every aspect of our operations runs smoother than a freshly paved driveway. From managing our remote team to implementing systems and processes, you'll be the driving force behind our success.

Key Responsibilities:
Master of Operations: Take charge of all aspects of our day-to-day operations big and small, from managing our remote team of rockstars to ensuring every project is completed on time and within budget.

Systems Overlord: Develop and implement systems and processes that streamline our operations and set us up for success. Whether it's knowing the ins and outs of all our software tools and optimizing our project management system or revamping our communication protocols, you'll be the mastermind behind it all.

Slay SOPs: Create and enforce standard operating procedures that will ensure consistency and quality in everything we do. From onboarding new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to executing complex projects, you'll be the guardian of our SOPs.

Inspire Greatness: Lead by example and inspire our team to greatness. Whether it's through teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, or leading by example, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success.

Problem-Solving Wizard: When things inevitably hit the fan (because let's face it, they always do), you'll be the one who swoops in to save the day. Whether it's resolving conflicts within the team or troubleshooting complex issues, you'll be the one who keeps the ship afloat.

CEO's Right-Hand: Work closely with our CEO to turn our vision into reality. From brainstorming new ideas to executing strategic initiatives, you'll play a big role in how the company moves forward.

Qualifications:
Rockstar Status: You're not just another operations manager – you're a ninja. You thrive in high-pressure situations and excel when the stakes are high.

Experience: You've got the battle scars to prove you've been in the trenches. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and working with autonomy is a must.
