Executive Assistant

Research & List Building:
- Research/Build lists of websites to submit content to (as an industry expert) that would boost our expert’s visibility in Google Searches in the fields of Indoor Air Quality & Real Estate
- Look into submitting articles to news outlets, websites, blogs, etc., in the fields of Indoor Air Quality & Real Estate

Outreach & Coordination:
- Contact associations such as the Lung Association and the Asthma Association in various states and ask if we could submit some information about an indoor air expert and introduce our expert as a resource.
- Make phone calls and must have a voice with not a very heavy accent

Document Creation/Formatting & Submission:
- Basic Graphic design knowledge & setting up PDFs or other documents with logos on them
- Submit content to websites (as an industry expert) that would boost our expert’s visibility in Google Searches (Indoor Air Quality, Real Estate)

Work Schedule: 9am onwards (US Eastern Time)
40-45 hours per week
