You will not have to voice speak with any customer. All communication will be text-based.

Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to work UK work hours Monday to Friday - 8 am until 5 pm and other shifts when assigned.
- Other work shift times included: Weekend shifts & late UK shifts.
- Daily monitoring of incoming
- Categorizing & labeling customer queries for providing timely & accurate responses.
- Attending customer queries by helping them identify which specific products they should purchase.
- Dialoging with customers and requesting additional information from customers when necessary to help with the product identification process.
- Providing customers with an overall excellent customer experience in regards to timeliness of responses, quality of communication, and the accuracy of purchase advice given.
- Flagging and escalating difficult queries for experienced tea

Experience & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role with a track record of providing customers with excellent service.
- Very high attention to detail and interest in learning technical products as well as able to spot even small differences between similar hardware products.
- Highly customer service oriented, positive and pleasant personal disposition.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Self-starter who is able to identify, scope, and manage projects from end to end.
- Team player willing and interested in helping other tea
