JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE
We're on the hunt for a digitally savvy marketing guru to oversee and expand our social media presence in the US! This individual should possess boundless creativity and a passion for sharing innovative ideas to develop stellar social media campaigns aimed at nurturing and delighting our customers. They excel at listening to our audience, pinpointing their needs, and crafting compelling posts that captivate and engage.
Additionally, they're eager to lend a hand in identifying top-tier influencers, content creators, and subscription box companies to amplify our brand's reach through word-of-mouth marketing.

Responsibilities

1. Managing all social media platforms (FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube/Pinterest), which includes but is not limited to:
- Creating and managing social media content calendars
- Scheduling social media posts and stories
- Brainstorming monthly creative campaigns with the marketing team
- Managing monthly social media campaigns
- Responding to all social media messages, comments, and story replies, including influencer content
- Engaging with followers and niche through our newsfeed and hashtags to increase engagement before and after posting
- Growing our Pinterest account

2. Supporting our influencer marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Researching, outreaching, and closing partnerships with YouTube influencers
- Working with YouTube ambassadors to promote our monthly campaigns
- Collaborating with the influencer marketing team to feature ambassadors each month and post them on social media
- Researching and working with content creators for marketing purposes
- Outsourcing and collaborating with subscription box companies to promote our product to their subscribers by sending
them our product sachet trial packs
- Communicating with influencers or brands interested in collaborating with us for an event or giveaway

3. Managing and creating Amazon posts for 2 Amazon stores for EarthChimp.
4. Communicating and working with designers and video editors for social media and Amazon post creatives.
5. Being able to track and measure results for social media, Amazon posts, YouTube influencer partnerships, and subscription box company partnerships, and reporting on these metrics.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- You have managed the following social media platforms for US brands: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook.
- You have basic knowledge of influencer marketing in the US.

- You are someone who knows how to communicate with a US audience.
- You know how to analyze social media metrics.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience handling social media accounts in the Protein powder or healthy living brands in the US.
- Background or knowledge navigating Amazon Seller Central, especially sending products or creating Amazon posts.
- Knowledge of using Upgrade to see actual info or any similar applications.
- Experience working with content creators.
