Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Shopify platform.
Execute updates and enhancements on Shopify, including text revisions, image updates, and landing page modifications.
Manage and update the knowledge base of the company's website.
Perform site monitoring and related tasks as directed by the IT Development team.
Maintain effective communication with Creative and Marketing teams to improve site efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with Web Design and Developer teams to optimize the website, focusing on product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling strategies, and search functionality improvements.
Utilize data-driven insights to increase the user-friendliness of key website sections and pages.
Work with the Development team to facilitate daily website operations, such as product uploads and report generation.
Assist in the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns (advantageous).

Required Skills:
Proficiency in website maintenance.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Shopify.
Strong skills in reporting and analysis.
Competence in copywriting for various digital formats.

Tech Stack:
Shopify (mandatory for this role).

Optional Skills:
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Graphic design capabilities.

Additional Requirements:
