We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, creative testing, and performance analysis to refine campaign strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring optimization, reporting, and testing are conducted efficiently.
Analyze campaign performance and create variations of ad creatives for A/B testing to enhance campaign results.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement tracking assets, such as the Facebook pixel, to accurately report on attribution and conversion metrics.
Engage with social media platforms on behalf of the company, adhering to a strategic plan and achieving set social media goals.
Oversee the management of community events and content creation, fostering a positive community presence.
Work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, adhering to the company's working hours.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Upgrade to see actual info Ads management.
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) principles.
Experience with reporting and analysis of advertising campaign performance.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Analytics.
Competence in using TikTok Ad Manager.
