Key Duties:

Manage a team of Virtual Assistants
A daily check-in with the VAs including support, motivation, and occasional coaching sessions
Daily screenshot monitoring
Bi-weekly VA Engagement proposal and participation
Conduct performance reviews
Follow the company’s disciplinary process when necessary

Job Requirements:

WEEKEND SHIFT (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY)
Bachelor's degree holder
3-5 years of work experience (preferably in the customer service and/or virtual assistance field and at least 1 year in the leadership capacity)
Strong understanding of technology and adaptability to new applications
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial
Affinity for multitasking with precision
Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism
Alignment with the company's core values
Quick decision-making ability
Ability to maintain calm under pressure


Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
