About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately increase customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a knack for storytelling.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
* Create compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including
* Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, community management, and engagement
* Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
With experience in Skincare Industry (Preferred)
