JOB OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and phone communication channels. Your primary goal will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email and phone.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
7. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
