Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our small team as a Cold Email Outreach and B2B/B2C Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves identifying and reaching out to local and medium-sized businesses through targeted email campaigns to generate leads for our products/services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively research and qualify prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify potential B2B and B2C leads within our target market.
- Customize email templates and messaging to resonate with target audiences and encourage responses.
- Monitor and track email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns based on data analysis and feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and results to management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation, preferably in a cold email outreach role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with local business outreach and lead generation is a plus.
